Our Family Dog

Our family dog Shelby had to be put to sleep. It was a hard decision for Brian and I to have made. After speaking with the vet, we learned Shelby heart was giving out. She had fluid builted around her heart. That morning Shelby could not walk and was becoming weak. We did not want her to suffer. The decision was made and she went peacefully.

Brianna and Madilyn ask about her everyday. They talk about her and miss her very much. This is our last picture of her.

Christmas Day

Christmas Day at Paw Paw Irvis. This was shortly after our lost of Maw Maw Lorraine. All of the kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren visited. Michelle, Brittany, Madilyn, Brianna, Brian, Paw Paw Irvis, & Ayden

We go often to visit Paw Paw Irvis. Mostly on a Sunday after church. He works at Dairy Fresh. The girls call him the chocolate man for he always has chocolate milk for them. If we do not show up at Dairy Fresh, you better believe he is wondering where they are.

This is a day I will never forget. Not only did it snow in Louisiana, but it was my birthday, December 11, 2008. We live on 4 acres of land and was able to over look this beautiful white blanket of snow. It was breath taking. We received about 4 inches early this morning. This most likely will never happen again in a million years but we all loved it while it lasted. The down side was no electricity from 6:00am in morning till 1:00pm the next day.

Less then a hour the girls found just the right tree. Dad cut it down then dragged it out with the girls pushing from behind.

After finding just the right Christmas Tree, we took a hay ride around the tree farm. a hay ride at the end the girls really enjoyed theirselves

This is Mrs. Eulo the hear an appaired teacher with Brianna's classmate Kerry which is deaf. The fireman told him to go the front of truck and put his hand on bumper so he could feel the horn blow. This was neat.

Zachary Fire Fighter came to the Pre-k to show the kids what they do to keep them safe and help them in need of a fire.

The kids were okay with the picture wants he was all dressed

When the fire fighter was showing all the kids what they all had to wear to keep them safe and wouldn't get burnt while in the need of a fire. I never seen so many kids scared to death when this guy was getting dressed they were crying and, trying to get a way from him.

This was the part when they were blowing the horn for the kids to hear. This was really loud.

Madilyn's Field Trip to Buck's Pizza

Here is a picture of Madilyn's kindergarten teacher Mrs. Emily Hill. She is the best teacher.

They told the kids how pizza is made and showed them around and each child got to make their own pizza.

We walked from Northwestern Elementary to Buck's Pizza with Zachary Police escort on side of road to and from.

The girls decided since they had stickers that they would just see how many they could put on Brian's face. They enjoyed it but, Brian didn't he was just trying to have alittle peace watching TV but, this was the end result.

Brianna's friend Mile 4th birthday party at his house. Miles tells his parents he is going to married Brianna. The grandparents wanted to know who were these girls that Miles and Tate talk about all the time that they are their girlfriends. The boy's mom told them they aren't their girlfriends Brianna and Madilyn are their wives.

Madilyn's friend Tate which he also tell his parents he is going to marry Madilyn. They are both so cute and have been Madilyn and Brianna's friends since they were little they attend the same daycare and school. Madilyn is so funny when she is around him she giggles like a teenager. Tate tell everyone that Madilyn is his girlfriend and has to seat on bus with her everyday.
